RECREATIONAL/UTILITY HOVERCRAFT
Our range of Recreation and Utility hovercraft is designed for pleasure, hunting and fishing especially in areas where boats cannot go, commuting to island homes over unsafe ice and navigating shallow or frozen rivers, accessing remote beaches or even taking a short cut to work across a river or lake!
This hovercraft is a single fan craft with two-cycle air-cooled engine, except for the 700 model which is equipped with a water-cooled engine. The craft are suitable for operating over smooth surfaces like ice, water, sand, mud, snow, short grass, some swamps and for short distances over asphalt, concrete or dirt roads. Tall vegetation, rocky surfaces, tree stumps and jagged obstacles should be avoided. The craft will climb a 15% to 20% smooth grade such as boat ramps.
All models float on water and are lined with flotation foam. They comply with U.S & Canadian Coast Guard standards. With experience these hovercraft can be operated in choppy water up to 60 cm a (2 ft) and in winds up to 24 kms (15 mph). Base price for this craft is $24,806.50
